About Us
Nicole with her inspiration, Lucy.
Nicole Rexing, BA, RVT graduated from Purdue University's School of
Veterinary Technology in December 2000. Her focus was animal behavior. She
passed the Indiana State Board Test to become a Registered Veterinary
Technician (RVT) in February 2001. She volunteered at Purdue University's ABC
Puppy School for 2 years. She has also instructed puppy classes in Evansville
and Corydon, IN. She was certified by Purdue University School of Veterinary
Medicine in 2002 for Principle and Techniques of Behavior Modification through their DOGS! Course.
She is currently working for a local veterinary clinic as a licensed Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and does Behavior on her days off. She is a member of the Society of Veterinary Behavior Technicians (SVBT), Indiana Veterinary Technician Association (IVTA) and the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT). She is currently working towards becoming certified by The Karen Pryor Academy in clicker training.
Sadly, Lucy passed away on October 31st, 2005 of cancer at the age of 10 yrs old. But her memory lives on everyday and every time I am working with problem behaviors. She taught me so much.
I wish I had know about this before Lucy died of cancer. Now, Angel, my 9yr old Boxer, has been diagnosed with 4 different types of cancer. This product has saved her life. Her veterinarian said her cancer is now in remission! Go to www.4CanineHealth.com for more information. Simply amazing!
We are proud participants of dock jumping for dogs. For more information go to dockdogs website. We can also find us on Facebook.
